Our growing textiles collection represents translations of original Australian Aboriginal paintings depicting the artists' country, bush medicine and bush tucker.
Their paintings help keep their culture strong and their stories alive, their layers of colour and shapes are as detailed and as complex as the stories they depict. Bay Gallery Home also visits the Central Desert communities we represent to seek their permission for the use of their work as well as give them samples and publicity materials so they can see how its been applied. Our Artists receive a royalty from everything we sell.
The My Country: Design with Origin interiors collection has expanded with the introduction of soft furnishings in velvet, cottons and linens. Bay Gallery Home is making cushions, lamp shades and tableware to order. Keep posted on our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook feeds for more information.
